If you’re planning a high-energy day of tubing with the kids or a relaxing cruise on the water, Panther Bay Marina has the perfect vessel. Our fleet is meticulously maintained and updated regularly to ensure safety and reliability.
Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement must be signed by anyone 18 years & older as passenger on Boat
Must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license to rent boats.
Anyone born after 1985 must have a boater education card to rent or operate the boat.
NO GRILLS, PETS, SMOKING, OR FISHING ALLOWED ON RENTAL BOATS.
A $250 CASH damage deposit is held in case of prop or boat damage.
Please read below for rules and water safety information. Following the rules keeps you safe on the water, and prevents damage to our equipment.
– We accept Visa, Master Card and Discover.
– We do NOT accept American Express.
– No out of town checks unless received 7 bank working days before rental.
– Deposits will be refunded upon rerental of boat.
– Deposits on credit cards refunded less $25.00 handling charge.
– Checks or cash refunded full amount.
– Will be determined by our staff at 12:00p.m. – Day of rental
– You can choose a rain check good through next season or a charge back to credit card less $25.00.
– We reserve the right to refuse rental to anyone.
– Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement signed by anyone 18yrs & older as passenger on boat.
– Persons and boat weight capacity will be determined by manufacturer’s ratings and or management discretion.
– One of our staff will give full instructions on the proper operation of every rental before it leaves the dock.
– All units start full of gas. When the boat is returned we refill gas tank and charge you for what was used.
– Everyone must load at Panther Bay Dock.
Whether you’re looking to upgrade your day on the water with watersports gear, we have you covered. All equipment is available for daily rental at our marina office. Equipment rentals are only for annual boat slip holders or daily boat renters.
