The fine print:
Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement must be signed by anyone 18 years & older as passenger on Boat
Must be 21 years or older to rent boats. $150 for per pontoon 75 hp - 90 hp and $250 for 115 hp pontoon cash deposit held in case of prop or boat damage. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. No out of town checks unless received 7 bank working days before rental.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded upon rental of boat. Deposits on credit cards refunded less $15.00 for handling charge. Checks or cash refunded in full amount.
Rain Outs:
Rain Outs will be determined by our staff at 12 pm day of rental. You may choose a rain check good through next season or charge back less $15.00
