The fine print:
Waiver & Release of Liability Agreement must be signed by anyone 18 years & older as passenger on Boat
Must be 21 years or older to rent boats.
$250 cash deposit held in case of prop or boat damage.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. No out of town checks unless received 7 bank working days before rental.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits will be refunded upon rental of boat. Deposits on credit cards refunded less $25.00 for handling charge. Checks or cash refunded in full amount.
Rain Outs:
Rain Outs will be determined by our staff at 12 pm day of rental. You may choose a rain check good through next season or charge back less $25.00
